To
Reserve
One-half of the
total rental fee reserves the dates.
The remainder will be due four weeks prior to your visit.
If reservation is less than 4 weeks in advance, payment in full is required.
A security deposit of $500, or an amount equal to one week's rent for longer
stays,
will be authorized (but not charged) on your credit card before the
first day of the rental.
Within one week after the end of the rental period, we will email you
a notice
of any charges for damage to the apartment or furnishings,
as well as long-distance phone charges, if any, which we will then charge
to your credit card

Cancellation
Policy
Cancellations
4 weeks in advance of the first day of rental: 90% refund.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks in advance: payment is forfeited,
unless
we are able to rent the apartment for those days, in which case we will refund
80%. |
Additional
Information
Check-in
is after 3 p.m. on the date of arrival, and check-out is by noon on the
date of departure.
After
your reservation has been confirmed, we will send you detailed instructions
for your arrival.
Special requests for special occasions (flowers, champagne, chocolates,
whatever)
can be arranged for an additional charge.
